The most popular way to work with us is our on-site consulting program which ranges from $2,850 to $4,250 depending on your location, the size of your team and the frequency of visits. You'll get regular on-site visits and ubiquitous remote support each month.

Our remote Lean Leadership training is less intensive in both time and $$$ and an ideal way to 'try before you buy' if you're on the fence about committing to full on consulting.

For a solid introduction and embedding of Lean Thinking, our typical consulting programs run for 12 to 18 months. This timeframe allows us to properly introduce tools, implement them well, and make lasting changes.

During this period, you can expect your team to dedicate at least 4 hours per week to learning about and experimenting with Lean concepts and tools. This time will be a mix of training, workshops, and applying these ideas to your actual work. The commitment ensures that Lean becomes a real part of how you do things, not just a passing fad.
