Program Overview
The Exit Ready Program works through three phases. We start with a thorough Assessment of your business — this is where your customised plan takes shape, built around your specific goals and exit strategy. From there, we move into Optimisation, strengthening your operations, financial performance and organisational structure, before Exit Preparation gets everything in shape for the handover itself. Depending on the level of support you need, the whole process typically runs 6 to 12 months. Or you could just get the assessment completed and you DIY the rest, it is up to you.
Ongoing Support
Depending on the need, post-program support can include assistance with the Buyer / Successor transition and performance monitoring.

This plan is for business owners who want a robust, in-depth view of their business’s next chapter. The implementation is still self-directed, but our comprehensive, on-site review ensures your plan is specific, detailed, and directly applicable to your unique systems and processes.
The Complete Package
$2,750 + GST Per Month
This is our complete, hands-on service. It includes the same diagnostic review as The Full Review, with the crucial addition of ongoing consulting for three to twelve months (depending on your starting point). This is for owners who want to be completely confident that their business is ready for its next chapter, with our ongoing support and accountability to ensure every recommended action is successfully put in place.
