One Day
Workshops
Sometimes the biggest shift happens in a single day.
Not every team needs a full training programme to get value out of Lean Thinking — sometimes what you need is a day. One focused, well-run workshop that gets your people out of their inboxes, into a room together, and thinking about how you work as a team.
Our one-off workshops are built for exactly that. Whether you're wanting to introduce your team to the fundamentals of Lean, kick-start a strategic planning session, or just get your leadership team talking honestly about where you're headed, these sessions are a low-commitment, high-impact way to build momentum. No lock-in contracts, no jargon-heavy theory dumps — just a genuinely useful day that gets people engaged, talking, and walking away with something real.
Book one as a standalone event, a team offsite, or the kick-off to a bigger continuous improvement journey. Either way, you'll leave with more than you walked in with.

Our workshops focus on building your team
Every business walks in with a different problem. Maybe your team's busy but not productive, and you can't quite put your finger on why. Maybe leadership all have a slightly different idea of where the business is heading, and it's starting to show. Maybe you just want your people talking to each other properly again, instead of past each other. Whatever it is, we don't hand you a generic workshop off the shelf — we build the day around your specific challenge, your team, and what you actually need to walk away with. Tell us the problem, and we'll design the workshop to solve it.
Lean Simulation Game
Learn Lean by doing it — not by sitting through a slideshow about it.
Most people don't really get Lean Thinking until they've felt it — felt the frustration of a clunky process, felt the relief when a bottleneck disappears, felt what it's like when a team finally finds its flow.
That's exactly what our Lean Simulation Workshop delivers. Instead of talking about waste, flow and continuous improvement, your team will run a hands-on simulation of a real production or service process — and experience firsthand what happens when Lean principles are (and aren't) applied. It's practical, a little competitive, genuinely fun, and it sticks.
By the end of the day your team won't just know the theory — they'll have lived it. They'll understand why we bang on about eliminating waste, creating flow, and respecting the people doing the work, because they'll have seen it play out with their own hands. It's the perfect base-level introduction for teams starting their Lean or Operational Excellence journey, and a great shared reference point for teams who want to keep building from here.
Best for: Teams of 8–12 people who are new to Lean Thinking, or want to get everyone on the same page before diving deeper.
LEGO® Serious Play®
Build your strategy — literally.
If you've ever sat in a strategy session where three people talked, everyone else nodded along, and nothing much actually changed — this is the antidote.
LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated process that uses hands-on model building to get everyone in the room properly thinking, and properly contributing. It sounds unconventional (because it is), but there's real method behind it: building with your hands taps into a different kind of thinking than talking or writing does, which means people surface ideas, tensions and insights that a normal discussion often misses entirely. It also does something most strategy meetings never manage — it gets every single person in the room talking, not just the loudest voices.
Originally developed for the LEGO Group itself and now used by organisations worldwide, LEGO® Serious Play® has been applied well beyond team building. Leadership teams use it to build shared visions and strategic plans they can literally point to. Organisations going through change use it to work through resistance and get people genuinely bought in, rather than just informed. Teams navigating conflict or misalignment use it to rebuild trust and find common ground. And plenty of businesses use it simply to get a room full of senior people to stop talking past each other and start building something together.
Every session we run is customised to the specific challenge your organisation is facing — there's no off-the-shelf version. Whether you need to nail down your three-year vision, work through a thorny structural issue, or simply get your leadership team pulling in the same direction, we'll design the day around what you actually need to walk away with. Expect it to feel a bit unusual to start with. Expect it to work.
Best for: Leadership teams wanting to create real clarity around vision, strategy and direction — without another meeting that goes nowhere.
