Never have another 'Difficult Conversation'
One of the most common requests that I get, is to coach leaders through how to have difficult conversations.
I get it! No one likes conflict, and we're all pretty keen to avoid stress where possible. So, let's not have difficult conversations, instead, let's have IMPORTANT ones.
If someone on your team isn't hitting your standard, use my 4-step framework to address the issue, explain why it's important to change the behaviour, and then work together to move forward.
