What's LEGO® Serious Play®?
LEGO® Serious Play® is a hands-on workshop tool originally developed by the LEGO Company themselves in the late 1990s as a way to improve their own business strategies and problem-solving. Rather than just playing, participants use LEGO® bricks to build models that represent their ideas and challenges.
Here at the New Zealand Lean Academy, we're big fans because it really shakes up the usual ol' approach to strategy and planning sessions. It helps teams to see things in new ways, communicate more effectively, and come up with innovative solutions that they'd never have come up with on a post-it note!
Who is this training for?
